Every BEAT workout is aimed at jump-starting both your metabolism and overall fitness level. Our one-hour, high energy group classes are comprised of muscle-toning and strength building exercises interspersed with 10- or 15- minutes walk-jog-run intervals to boost your cardiovascular stamina and lean you out.

Brooke Collins, founder of Beat-PT Outdoor Fitness and Personal Training, is an Executive Master Trainer of International professional standards recognized by FISAF ( Federation of International Sports, Aerobics and Fitness).
Having a strong passion for Health, Sports and Fitness from a young age. Brooke has competed at State and National levels in Hockey, Aerobics and Athletics. Brooke has since furthered her studies in Melbourne and has been awarded the Fitness First Institute Energiser award and has also obtained further qualifications in the following areas.

Brooke's passion is to offer others her assistance, knowledge and expertise, guiding them towards achieving their health and fitness goals.
