The advantages of outdoor training is your resistances are the natural elements.
WIND, UNEVEN SURFACE, GRADIENT RUNNING etc...
You will experience different resistances every single session depending on the weather.
This forces your body into adapting to the environment, which can result in a much higher calorie burning training session.
Group exercise is a great way to meet others with the same interests, enjoy the great outdoors and most of all get in shape.

Being a first time mum having a 10mth old myself, I basically did an overnight transformation from a healthy, happy individual to a sleep deprived, grumpy, frumpy mess that even I didn't recognise in the mirror. It didn't take long for my energy and self-esteem to hit rock bottom.
I tried a number of thing's!!!!. The only thing that brought me back from the land of Zombies was exercise and a healthy diet to renew my mind body and soul. I realise MOTHERHOOD is not the easiest job in the world but it can be very rewarding.
Our littlies rely on us so much that we have to stay in tip top shape physically and mentally just for us to takle everyday life with them.
This is why you all need to come and join in the fun at our mums and bubs exercise groups, your bubs can be as little as 6wks.

Circuit training is an efficient and challenging form of conditioning. It works well for developing strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Routines can be developed purely for strength development or for your endurance. If you wish for a more challenging workout we can combine both for you.
With our sessions we focus on reactive power, power endurance, muscular endurance, anaerobic and aerobic endurance.
We conduct groups of 10 people for those who still want the semi-private setting, and groups of 20 who want the motivation and challenge of others in a fun and happy environment.
Walking, jogging and running are popular forms of physical activity. Regular running builds strong bones, improves cardiovascular fitness and helps to maintain a healthy weight. The difference between the three is intensity, they are all forms of aerobic exercise.

Allows us to identify your physical strengths and weaknesses. They act as a benchmark upon which a suitable training program can be developed.
Without an initial assessment any subsequent training may only address already strong areas while neglecting your weaker points. There are several reasons why fitness tests should form an integral part of your overall conditioning plan
